We currently ship within the U.S. using USPS or UPS, depending on the best fit for your order.

• Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.
Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery within 10 miles.
If your address falls within our delivery area, this option will be available at checkout.
Porch Pickup
Need it local and easy? We also offer free porch pickup.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive pickup details.

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may occasionally vary during launches, holidays, or especially busy weeks. We’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If you believe your package has been lost, stolen, or incorrectly marked as delivered, please email us at greatscotsoapery@gmail.com so we can help you figure it out.
We also recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly and filing a claim if needed.

Be sure to have your tracking number and original receipt available, as they may be required to complete your claim.
